Since 2000, Trevor Moawad has held multiple roles as both Director of Mental Conditioning and Director of the multi-disciplined IMG Performance Institute (at the IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida).
Most Recently, Moawad was the Vice President of Pro/Elite Sports and Mindset at the prestigious Athletes Performance Institute (now EXOS in Phoenix, AZ).

Moawad was raised in Washington State and is the son of world renowned peak performance educator, the late Bob Moawad. Bob was an original contributor to ‘Chicken Soup for the Soul’ and is the former President of the National Association for Self-Esteem.
As an athlete, Moawad was inducted into the athletic hall of fame at Charles Wright Academy in Tacoma, Washington, and was a two-sport athlete at Occidental College, the same school that produced both Jack Kemp and Barack Obama. At Occidental, Moawad received both his Bachelors degree and Masters Degree in Politics and Education, respectively.
Moawad continues to be a thought leader in the performance space appearing consistently in the global media including ESPN, SI, Fox Sports, NPR, USA Today, The Herald Tribune, Outside the Lines and a number of national, regional and local outlets.
Jonathan Schultz, BS

A skilled video editor with a huge passion for sports, Jon earned his Bachelor’s degree in Media Production from East Carolina University. He interned with ECU Marketing his senior year filming and editing college basketball games. One of his highlights was designated as ESPN’s Sportscenter #1 play. In 2014, he was granted a consulting position at EXOS (formerly Athlete’s Performance) where he helped produce performance videos and content throughout the 2014-15 seasons for Michigan Football, Florida State Football, Alabama Football, and the Memphis Grizzlies Basketball team. He has also produced several motivational and educational videos for NFL and MLB players. Jon recently helped produce and edit an educational video for West2East management highlighting the ‘Evolution of Russell Wilson’ currently featured on the official page of Russell Wilson.
Sean-Kelley Quinn, MA
Director of Mental Conditioning & Operations
Sean-Kelley Quinn is a Mental Conditioning Consultant with elite experience from some of this country’s top performance training venues. A graduate of UC Davis in Human Development, Sean also earned his Masters degree in Sport Psychology from JFK University. He is a Certified Consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (#555) and has obtained thousands of hours working with clients from diverse backgrounds including Professionals in the Baseball, Football, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, and Golf world as well as executives from a variety of top corporations.
After completing his studies, Sean gained valuable experience in the performance space at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida and EXOS in Phoenix, Arizona working as a mental conditioning consultant for some of this country’s top youth, amateur, and professional athletes.
His approach with clients is to help them obtain Optimal Performance by navigating through what life has to offer by creating realistic plans, developing confidence through experience, and teaching them to exceed expectations.
Strategies are formulated around building confidence by awareness, acceptance, motivation, concentration, focus, attention/emotional control, positive self-talk, team cohesion, visualization, and developing proper routines.
Supplemental to teaching mental skills Sean incorporates modern technology such as video editing, applications, and biofeedback to help clients not only see, but feel what it is like to be confident and in control.
