“Fundamentally, first and foremost, my great group and I are going to focus on helping people get out of their own way and get to the next level,” Moawad said.

“We’re going to take the lessons we’ve learned over 15+ years working with the very best companies, industry experts, and market leaders utilizing the tools and skills created from those lessons to better support sports organizations, businesses, and individuals.”

After stints at IMG Academy and EXOS (formerly Athlete’s Performance), Moawad opens the Moawad Consulting Group (MCG) currently working with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, University of Alabama football coach Nick Saban and Florida State football coach Jimbo Fisher as well as some strategic partners in the special operations community.

“Trevor has worked with so many of our clients and made them not only better players, but most importantly better people by using his positive energy and ability to keep athletes focused on their goals.” said Mark Rodgers, partner at Frontline Athlete Management.

“For me, if I am hiring someone on my staff full-time that is solely focused on an athlete’s mental conditioning and emotional well-being, Trevor’s championship success with athletes and teams is a great example of why you would do that.” Rodgers said.

MCG has been on the sideline for 5 of the last 6 Bowl Championship Series, last year’s College Football Playoff matchups, and has worked with the country’s top programs for the last 15 years. Trevor’s work also includes a long and extensive history of working with countless other high-profile athletes and champions, including Olympic track and field all-time great, Michael Johnson.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Trevor for the past 12 years and if gold medals were awarded for commitment, honesty and integrity, Trevor would certainly be a triple gold medalist. His tireless dedication to the athletes he works with is without equal. I have learned from Trevor and I depend on him for valuable advice in my own work,” Johnson said, winner of four Olympic gold medals and eight World Championships gold medals.

“If there is anyone that can capitalize on the emerging market that is mindset training and mental conditioning for teams and athletes, as well as business and corporate leaders, it is clearly Trevor,” said George Pyne, founder & CEO of Bruin Sports Capital, a sports, media, marketing, and branded lifestyle company. Pyne continues, “Trevor’s unique gift, through observation and mindful listening, is to accurately know exactly what that individual needs to not only overcome but to also thrive. Trevor makes tangible, positive impacts on the people he works with and I have no doubt Trevor will continue to emerge as truly one of the industry’s key leaders and influencers.
